Jasmine holds a Master's Degree in Peace and Justice Studies and volunteered in the refugee camps in Lesvos, Greece prior to joining Tiyya. As the Operations Manager, Jasmine enjoyed the opportunity to provide long-term support for families resettling in Orange County on their path towards self-sufficiency. She is currently working on obtaining her MBA at the University of Kentucky.  During her employment at Tiyya she was revered as the "#1 Office Mom", always helping to take care of clients and her teammates.

Quote she lives by: "My mission in life is to not merely survive, but thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style." - Maya Angelou

Where she hopes to be in the next few years: In the next few years, Jasmine plans to be actively engaged with Tiyya as an Ambassador, supporting families to become self sufficient after resettlement.  She is passionate about the resettlement process and social enterprises established by refugee and immigrants in the United States.
